Our emergency services, such as those at London Ambulance Service in Hillingdon work extremely hard to ensure the safety and good health of the residents in Uxbridge and South Ruislip. I really enjoyed meeting the team at Royal Lane, and hearing all about their day-to-day, and what I can do to support them.
In numbers nationally, there are over 10,000 people working, studying and volunteering with us in the workforce, and 2,600+ operational and corporate staff, 7,400+ operational staff.
With regards to teaching and apprentices, 130 staff in clinical education and standards. 1,130 students and 680 apprentices.
I look forward to continuing working with them.
